About Us

Seeing things differently

Vantage Point Psychological Services was founded on the belief that a different perspective can be the catalyst for lasting, meaningful change.

About Vantage Point

Vantage Point Psychological Services provides evidence-based psychological therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We work with people experiencing a wide range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties, stress, and emotional regulation.

Our name reflects a core belief: that gaining a new perspective on our experiences, relationships, and ourselves can open up possibilities for change that may previously have felt out of reach. We offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where this exploration can take place.

We also offer a specialist Christian Psychological Therapy service for those who wish to explore the intersection of their psychological wellbeing and their faith, as well as clinical supervision for practitioners and bespoke workshops for organisations.

Our values

Perspective

We believe that seeing things from a different vantage point is often the first step towards meaningful change.

Compassion

Our work is rooted in genuine care and respect for every individual who walks through our door.

Evidence

We use only evidence-based therapeutic approaches, grounded in psychological science and clinical expertise.

Integration

We value the whole person — mind, body, relationships, and, where relevant, faith and spirituality.
